An AI chatter pricing worksheet for real quotes

Make subscriptions, sales attribution, review time and adjustments visible before signing.

These are illustrative planning scenarios, not reports of vendor tests or customer outcomes. Adapt the examples to an account you are authorised to operate. Use the field guide for the underlying method and the interactive tool for your own inputs.

THE SITUATION

A low-volume month

Two candidates have different fixed fees and percentage rates.

Work through it

Calculate each bill with the same low sales base, including review time and any minimum charge.

What to check

Identify the cost you owe even when attributed sales are zero.

THE SITUATION

A month above a pricing threshold

A provider changes its rate or credit allowance at a stated usage level.

Work through it

Create one scenario just below and one just above the threshold. Apply the actual tier rule, which may charge only the excess or recalculate the whole base.

What to check

Ask for a worked invoice if the quote does not make the rule clear.

THE SITUATION

The attribution dispute

A sale follows both a human conversation and an automated message.

Work through it

Ask which event makes the sale billable, how long attribution lasts and where the invoice exposes that event.

What to check

Write down the dispute and refund process before accepting a percentage model.

with the evidence.

Use the plain-text worksheet in your own approved system. It contains headings only, so you control which information is recorded and where it is stored. Nothing entered in a downloaded file is returned to this publication.

Common mistakes to avoid

  1. Comparing 5% of net with 5% of gross as if they were identical.
  2. Treating the break-even output as a revenue prediction.
  3. Leaving a minimum fee or a second per-account subscription out of the equation.

Before implementing a workflow, confirm that it is supported by the chosen product and permitted under current platform rules. A planning example does not establish either. OnlyFans terms.
